This position provides an exciting opportunity to work in the regional finance organisation, which includes Germany and various Eastern European countries (GEE). As Regional Financial Controller you will support and directly report to the regional finance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly reporting to Majorel Global Office
  • Independent and comprehensive commercial support of an international business unit
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly financial statements in SAP (CO/CO-PA/BW) - analysis, commenting and discussion with contact persons
  • Responsibility for the supervision and implementation of forecasting processes and the annual planning process in coordination with the business units
  • Supporting and consulting of contact persons in the optimisation of processes and financial performance by preparing qualified target to actual analyses and management decision information
  • Preparation and presentation of analyses for all levels of management (business unit management, executive management board)
  • Conceptual design, development and optimisation of controlling tools and reports based on current business needs and requirements
  • Commercial support in the calculation of new business models and the preparation of investment proposals
  • Participation in projects to improve financial and business processes

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on finance or controlling
  • Relevant professional experience in a controlling or financial planning function
  • Enjoyment in questioning and redesigning existing processes
  • Profound knowledge of and experience in SAP CO/FI and MS Office programs (in particular Excel), high IT affinity
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong analytical skills, structured and goal-oriented working approach
  • Fluent English skills, written and spoken
  • Very good communication skills, high level of commitment
