QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
What are we looking for in Financial Controlling Specialists?
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar departments,
- Minimum 3 years of experience, in which 2 year of experience in a related position or in an audit company is highly preferred,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel), Nebim V3 is a plus,
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills,
- Communication and presentation skills, compliance with ethical principles,
- A highly motivated team worker, decision maker and initiative taker in planning and organizing various work assignments,
- Ability to travel in Turkey and abroad.

- Reviewing quarterly financial statements of Subsidiaries and ensuring proper accounting policies are applied,
- Controlling and following monthly/quarterly closing processes of Subsidiaries,
- Analyzing monthly/quarterly financial data,
- Implementing and continuously improving financial controls,
- Ensuring the coordination between Accounting Department of Subsidiaries and Financial Controlling, Department and other departments of HQ,
- Making and controlling all payments of Subsidiaries,
- Improving accounting systems of Subsidiaries.
