For our growing organization, we are looking for a Financial Controlling Analyst to join our Finance/Controlling team.
Qualifications:
- Responsible for determining the budget vs actual variances for all operations,
- Responsible for determining actual vs previous year variances for all operations,
- Responsible for preparing management presentation,
- Preparation of budget and revised budget and establishing consolidated P&Ls’,
- Tracking payments requests with respect to approved budget,
- Preparation of monthly costs on every operation and finalization to consolidated costs figures,
- Work with country finance teams closely on all matters of financial analysis,
- Understand the financial drivers of the business model in different countries Global Kapital Group operate,
- Performing monthly management reporting analytical reviews at a consolidated level and reporting to the top management,
- Support to provide all third party and internal reporting requirements,
- Assist to department for developing and improving procedures,
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to improve financial performance,
- Performing Capex, Costing, P&L and Cashflow reporting in theory and practice,
- Performs monthly period closing transactions,
- Prepares and presents monthly reports and analyzes for senior management,
- Prepares and reports the actual, estimated and budget expenses of the company,
- Follows expense reports reports from global countries and plans payment transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years of Cost Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Financial Analysis or Audit experience,
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop recommendations,
- Possesses strong project management skills; organized and can prioritize work with competing priorities,
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change,
- Should have good time management, organization and a team oriented attitude, as well as excellent communication skills,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,
- Should have excellent command of English,
- Very good command of English, in written and spoken,
- Professional use of Microsoft Office applications,
- Hard worker with capacity to work alone or as a member of a small team,
- Analytical thinking, problem solver and team-player.
