QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Finance, Economy or related fields
•Strong technical accounting and financial knowledge and skills
•Advanced level of both written and spoken English
•Very good command of Microsoft Office
•At least 5 years experience in Finance department
•Ability to work under pressure on different topics
•Strong experience in AP and AR
•Fully qualified accountant (SMM or equivalent)is a plus
•Understanding of financial and accounting principles
•Strong team and task coordination skills, setting positivepersonal example
•Experience in running financial annual audit
•Having good analytical and numerical and strong communicationskills
•Having excellent interpersonal, motivation and planning skills
•Knowledge of P&L and month end closure activities
Job Description:
•Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end reconciliations
•Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
•Analyzing the P&L activities
•Analyzing and reporting accounting transactions
•Coordinating the finance team according to daily activities
•Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
•Making presentations
•Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization
•Develop plans for budgeting, forecastingand reporting
•Manage KPI tracking andreports
•Coordinating invoicing AR and AP processes
•Making financial communications and transactionswith vendors in EMEA Region
•Following up account receivables for Turkey and EMEA region
•Analyzing and optimizing costs
•Involving business planning, P&L,balance sheet &liquity planning
