QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a team member within our Finance Team
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering monthly and quarterly IFRS financial statements and business reports in line with LeasePlan Corporation reporting guidelines
- Preparing budget and monthly forecasts in collaboration with business divisions
- Comparison of actual financial data with budgeted/forecast figures and identifying the variations at the month end
- Supporting local and global decision makers with analysis and interpretation of actual financial results
- Improving monthly closing efficiency with designing and implementing new ideas, and developing procedures
- Developing internal control methodology and processes
- Reporting control deficiencies to management and follow up the action plans
- Proactive participation in financial project analysis and implementation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration and alike
- 3 to 5 years experience in audit, budgeting, reporting and/or controlling areas
- Big4 and multinational company background is a plus
Competencies
- Advance written and spoken English
- A proactive team member with strong analytical, technical and critique mindset aiming at problem solving
- Comprehensive knowledge in financial reporting and financial statement analysis
- Highly developed relationship building and inter-personal communication skills
