QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· Graduated from Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering departments of universities.

· At least 3 years of experience in the Budget and Reporting departments of audit or other companies.

· Experienced in preparing management reports.

· Experienced in preparing and tracking the monthly and annual budget,

· Experienced in financial modelling

· Having knowledge of uniform accounting plan,

· Advanced analitical analysis ability, knowledge of reporting and presentation techniques,

· Analytical thinking, careful and planned working order, detail-oriented, solution-oriented, responsible, problem-solving skills are developed,

· Good at teamwork and having high communication skills,

· Able to adapt to flexible working hours,

· Good at using SAP reporting tools ,

· Preferably with a SMMM certificate,

· Preferably good at English language ability,

· Military service is completed for male candidates

Job Description

· Providing support to the annual budget preparation process,

· Conducting forecast reports according to changing conditions,

· Accurate, timely and complete preparation of monthly management reporting sets,

· Preparation of monthly financial statements; balance sheet, income statement, cash flow,

· Conducting internal and external reporting,

· Creation and analysis of expense-based expense reports on a cost center basis

· Making and analyzing budget/realized comparison reports on a monthly basis in cost center detail,

· Identification and tracking of budget amounts to the SAP system,

· Directing the Accounting department regarding Income / Expense records and making the necessary corrections,

· Conducting checks in the sense of income assurance

· Designing a report together with it department in case the needs of the report need to be determined,

· Responding to ad hoc report requests from management and other departments,

· Improving the reporting system and contributing to the maintenance of sustainable quality,
