Responsibilities:
- Contribute to monthly closing processes by analyzing and controlling the financial transactions and coordinating the necessary adjustments, if any
- Prepare monthly financial statements in line with group reporting requirements
- Ensure reporting by preparing all group standard reports
- Prepare the management reporting package and provide proper financial analysis on the variations of actuals vs budget
- Support conducting year end closing process and ad hoc requests
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses for group or management
- Control the preparation of the yearly budgeting process and quarterly forecasting process
- Participate in ongoing process improvement projects within the department including standardization and procedure updates
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with an emphasis on finance/accounting/budgeting, preferably gained within a Big Four firm and/or a multinational organization
- University Degree in Finance, Economics, and Industrial Engineering from reputable universities
- Intermediate or Advanced command in English
- Interest in Turkish GAAP , TFRS and German GAAP
- Result oriented and strong attention to detail
- Hands-on mentality, organized, and strong analytical and communication skills
- Good command of MS Office applications (SAP knowledge is a plus)
