QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 3-4 years audit experience in Big4
- Additional min 4 years of production /manufacturing sector experience (total min 7 years experience)
- Command on local accounting and solid IFRS knowledge
- Fluency in Arabic and English are must,
- Willing to live in Cairo, Egypt
- Experience in SAP (FI, CO, MM) preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure the monthly closing activities including all transactional activities (CO closing, settlements, allocations, CO/FI reconciliations).
- Ensure all other reports required by Group delivered on time an in a good quality
- Ability to report variance analyses (actual vs standard costs) to detect inefficiency points in plants and propose improvement plans to management
- Manage and maintain Standard cost and Transfer Price processes
- Supporting Finance Director in internal control actions
- Reporting all other Group requirements, ensure Group Policy is applied on all internal transactions and procedures
- Controlling all payment transactions, responsible on due diligence, call back and all other procedures anticipated by Group Treasury Manual
- Support on internal and external audit teams,
- Follow up weekly deliveries and sales, controls on profitability reports
- Controlling payroll monthly basis, managing all other HR related item
- Responsible for Manufacturing Variances reporting
- Preparing cash flow and Letter of Credit Forecast
- Ensure quality of Letter of Credit process for both customers and suppliers,
- Follow up legal cases with company lawyer,
- Responsible for all Legal and Tax compliance
- Preparing all insurance renewal process
