QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Minimum 5 years of experience;
- Experience in IFRS reporting and budgeting,
- Superior skills in writing and documenting procedures and manuals,
- Strong accounting knowledge and commercial acumen,
- Detailed oriented, team player and analytical, problem solver mindset, motivated, innovative and excellent ability to get things done,
- Audit Big four/ Financial Due Diligence backgrounds preferred,
- Equally comfortable dealing with both the financial detail and big picture,
- Experience of working within Fintech, Technology, Software industries preferred.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The candidate will have a broad scope covering commercial and technical aspects of financial controlling, IFRS reporting and budgeting,
- Overall responsibility for delivery of timely monthly IFRS reporting and budgeting;
- Bridging the gap between finance and the rest of the business as a Finance Business Partner,
- Heavily involved with the business and annual planning exercise, preparing and presenting financial forecasts;
- Working with the business to track performance against budgets,
- Managing the relationships between internal and external auditors,
- Supporting CFO and other members of the management team on strategic and tactical projects.
