QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a team-mate to work as a “Financial Reporting Executive” in our Head Office located in Ankara with the following qualifications;

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or other Administrative Science departments from a reputable university,
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in one of the big 4 audit firms, managerial experience is required,
  • Excellent command of verbal and written in English,
  • Consolidation experience is required,
  • Excellent ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment,
  • Strong ability of analytical thinking, team work, interaction and negotiation skills,
  • Excellent command of MS-Office Applications with advanced Excel and Word skills,
  • SAP experience, CPA or CFA degree/nomination is a plus,
  • Military service must be completed for male candidates.


Job Description

  • Preparing quarterly stand-alone and consolidated financial reports and notes in accordance with IFRS and TFRS,
  • Performing quarterly financial statements analytical reviews at consolidated level and reporting to the top management,
  • Ensure timely, accurate, consistent financial reporting,
  • Managing and coordinating relations with various parties including external auditors and financial institutions,
  • Develop and implement IT tools used in financial reporting process,
  • Streamlining accounting policies across the group companies,
  • Preparing management reports with regard to projects and segment performances,
  • Following up the organizational changes within the Group (merger, acquisitions, sales etc.) and application of the changes on the financial statements,
  • Providing assistance for documentation work with regard to several fields (including but not limited to audit, tenders, national and international organizations),
  • Providing assistance for monitoring the covenants and undertakings under financing agreements and take necessary actions as needed,
  • Responsible for the process of understanding and translating financial data into meaningful information for the end users.
