We are seeking for a high potential candidate to be evaluated as Financial Reporting Specialist with the following qualifications;

• Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other business related field and/or equivalent professional qualification

• 3-4 years of experience within a multinational company

• Strong people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data

• Ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish tasks on a timely manner

• Strong negotiating skills with diplomatic attire

• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy when under pressure

• High level of computer literacy; advanced level of Excel and SAP (R/3) knowledge with considerable exposure to BW reporting is required

• SAP experience is a preferred

• Sufficient command of English

Roles&Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly closing, by working with the complex financial data in detail

• Preparation of monthly P&L

• Actual comparisons; analyzing the variances and the KPIs

• Taking an active role in budgeting process

• Conducting monthly reconciliations of some BW reports to SAP R/3

• Ensuring effective communication with other departments for collection of accurate and timely information to be used in reporting

• Provide reliable, top quality financial information

• Perform ad-hoc reports as needed

• Developing and implementing new reporting requirements
