Remote Sales Representative - Job Description

Our work from home Remote Sales Representatives, qualify and enroll prospective clients into our debt resolution program, using our innovative technology. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional, capable of closing in a fast-paced environment with a consultation sales style. As an Remote Sales Representative you will be provided with the knowledge you need to groom your success and help advance your career. Responsibilities

•Work with warm targeted pre-qualified leads.

•Qualify and enroll prospective clients into our Debt Resolution Program.

•Make outbound and answer incoming calls, respond to emails and SMS from prospective clients in a clear, concise manner using our innovative technology.

•Follow up with clients from our streamlined CRM pipeline to maximize consulting opportunities.

•Meet daily metrics and monthly goals.


Qualifications

•One year of sales experience, call center or inside sales experienced preferred.

•A proven ability of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas and targets.

•Confident and articulate with strong written communication skills.

•Basic Windows and Microsoft Office knowledge.

•Self-starter with a hunger for financial success.

•Empathetic approach to helping clients move forward to a better financial future.

•Ability to work in a fast paced, positive work environment.

•Native / bilingual proficiency of English.

•Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Competitive Pay Structure

$6.25 USD per hour salary ($1,000 USD / month)

+ commissions and bonuses


Work Hours

This is a full-time position – 40 hours per week.

Employees are required to work in Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST) and adjust their work hours by daylight saving times.

Monday – Thursday from 11AM EST to 8PM EST (6PM TRT – 3AM TRT)

Friday from 10AM EST to 6PM EST (5PM TRT – 1AM TRT)

No work on the weekends.


Work from Home Requirements

•Quiet, noise-free, distraction-free, dedicated workspace.

•Reliable high-speed internet connection (no wireless)

•Reliable Windows 10 OS computer with a web camera, a minimum resolution of 1080p, a headset, and remote access.
