GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for a “Finance Manager” who will directly report to the CFO with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent,
- Master's Degree is a plus,
- At least 12 years of finance experience,
- Construction industry experience is preferred,
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP (BW, BO)
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing cash forecasts and cash flows weekly and monthly for group of companies / projects,
- Planning cash in line with the cash budgets of the group companies/ projects, ensuring that payment and collection programs are prepared,
- Managing domestic and foreign current accounts; taking the lead of financial planning, daily check, cash and document transactions,
- Reconciling cash transactions and cash balances of group companies / projects with banks,
- Managing of domestic and foreign bank porfolio for each kind of cash/non-cash instruments (such as credits, collateral guarantees, bonds, letter of credits…etc)
- Analyzing and reporting the results of cash and fund management of the companies /projects,
- Executing the Bank Letter of Guarantee transactions to be used in Domestic and Foreign Tenders,
- Providing strategic insights to top management.
