Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
10-15 years of experience as a Finance Manager or similar position in banks or finance/treasury departments in real sector companies.
Hands-on experience on Project Finance documentation and financial modelling (bank or real sector)
Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills, ability to present ideas and negotiate
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills, team management
Ability to complete projects timely and accurately
Agile, self-motivated, self-disciplined, good team player and result oriented
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Director and CFO
Relationship Management with the Lenders, FMCo, EPC-C and Governmental bodies
Preparation of the IFRS WTBs with Finance Team.
Supervision of all finance related issues, payments and collections carried out by the Finance Manager and Finance Analysts
Updating financial models and applying scenarios requested by the management and the shareholders
Preparing and supervising the preparation of the finance related documents that should be reported under Finance and Project Agreements (or “reporting obligations list”). (Compliance and Distribution Certificates).
Supervising the payments and collections made by the Finance Analysts
Following insurance process
Visiting the hospitals regularly and building strong relationships with the hospital MoH representatives and FMCO representatives at the site
Preparing finance related sections of the Board reports
