QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Fipol was established in 2004 to bring a different perspective to the composite sector with the knowledge and experience of its founding companies. Focusing on the production of pools, boats and filters, Fipol aims to add value with its new production techniques and modern production line in Antalya. Fipol carried out its first projects in this field in 2007 by using “Hand Lay-Up”, “Spray-Up” and similar production technologies.

Now, Fipol is looking for an analytical, dynamic and talented Technical Sales Specialist.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering, economics, mathematics, or similar analytical majors,
  • Analytical mindset to collect and analyze industry figures and to deal with identifying market and industry trends,
  • Very good reporting skills with computer literacy especially in MS Excel (pivot tables, functions & formulas, sorting & filtering data), MS Word, and MS PowerPoint,
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical sales and/or project sales domestic and/or abroad,
  • Persuasive communication skills strong enough to be the face of the company,
  • Strong will to manage and develop the dealer network,
  • Being an effective follower and having a never giving up attitude,
  • Multitasking abilities and time management skills,
  • Strong will to learn the technical details of the products,
  • Written and spoken fluency in English or German,
  • Being able to travel domestically and abroad,
  • Having driver's license and driving experience,
  • Able to live in Antalya.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Present, promote and sell composite pools to existing and prospective customers through dealer network,
  • Understanding and evaluating overall technical aspects of the composite pools,
  • Bringing new dealers to the dealer network and managing the existing dealers,
  • Monitoring the performance of dealers on a monthly basis,
  • Ensuring the correct functioning of the procedures at the dealers in line with the company's policies and decisions,
  • Ensuring coordination between authorized dealer, authorized service, customer and the company.
  • Establishing a technical communication bridge with domestic and international stakeholders and providing timely solutions to customers and dealers by providing accurate information flow,
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule,
  • Working in coordination with other departments and team members,
  • Gathering information to prepare periodic reports,
  • Conducting various market analyses and updating related reports,
  • Following up proposals, orders, and payments,
  • Ensuring that all necessary activations are made to ensure customer satisfaction,
  • Internal communication with various departments of the company as well as the domestic and international stakeholders.
