- Willingness to work extra hours (if necessary),

- Flexibility to frequently travel regional and globally,

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Preparing creative tour proposals with full budget and itineraries within the agreed deadlines,

- Collecting the costs from suppliers and venues, presenting the proposals to clients, making and following the necessary reservations with hotels, restaurants, etc, prepare the tour files and share the details with the operations team,

- Overseeing client itineraries and documents and ensuring prompt delivery,

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on all confirmed services,

- Keep your knowledge of travel industry leading edge - update the database with new hotels, restaurants, etc, with excellent co-ordination, research and communication skills,

- You will develop and implement a strategy to ensure our rates and pricing are the most competitive in the industry while constantly maximizing revenue and margin opportunities,

- Maintaining good relationships with partners and ensuring suppliers provide services in line with company ?guidelines,

- Identify and negotiate suppliers deals that lead to improved commercial performance, Strong negotiation skills,

- Negotiating rates with suppliers and researching suitable travel products,
