QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Founded in 2004, İstanbul based ACT Airlines is the cargo airline company which has established itself as one of the fastest growing with the fleet of five Boeing B747-400 freighters in the region.
Now, we are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join our Flight Operations Department as "Flight Operations Engineer".
Basic tasks are as follows:
Basic Job Description:
- To follow all technical matters of Aircraft Performance,
- To ensure the aircraft operations are conducted in a safe and economical manner, satisfying all related regulatory and manufacturer requirements
- To define, produce, customize, update and distribute of aircraft performance data to appropriate operations personnel and flight crew
- To review and make the revision as necessary to the flight operations documentation
- To support Flight Operations regarding aircraft performance data and infrastructure (routes and airport) issues
- To prepare fuel management of the company,
- To prepare and keep up-to-date the load and trim sheets,
- To prepare and keep up–to-date the AHM-560 document for all aircrafts
- To provide and customize FMS database in coordination with the Technical Department
- To prepare reports for Turkish DGCA or Foreign Authorities
- To provide support to the EFB users, check potential security issues associated with the application installed, to ensure the integrity of the data packages used by the applications installed,
- To monitor the configuration of each IPad of the flight crew etc.
General Qualifications:
Min 2-4 years of experience in aviation
- Having Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Department of Aeronautical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering fields
- Having good command of English
