Core Activities
- Allocate work duties to Team Members
- Perform routine inspections of all check out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms
- Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects
- Supervises cleaning of guest rooms, corridors and stairwells.
- Conducts proper handover with each Supervisor on the next shift, to keep seamless information flow.
- Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

- Manage, efficiently, stock control and the maintenance of equipment
Competencies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication Skills
- Excellent interpersonal Skills
- Passion for providing the highest standards of service to the guests
- Ability to work under stress
- Excellent computer skills
