QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate should have:
- Have at least 3 years experience in 5-star hotels,
- Excellent communication and organizational skills,
- Advanced skills in various computer software and Opera knowledge,
- Good command in English,
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities,
- No military obligation for male candidates / at least 2 years postponement.
İŞ TANIMI
- Ensure highest standard of cleaning in assigned areas,
- Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision,
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times,
- Supervise turndown service,
- Inspect regularly guestroom corridors and public areas,
- Report maintenance issues promptly to Engineering,
- Prevent and resolve guest complaints,
- Responsible for the daily processing of guest rooms cleaning by Room Attendant,
- Ensuring that rooms are cleaned and ready for guest arrival.
