Job Scope

  • Managing the reservation process of the guests with frequent phone calls,
  • To make reservations, changes, cancellations and informing in a courteous and prompt manner,
  • Responding to written requests instantly,
  • Establishing positive relationships with customers in telephone conversations,
  • Managing reservation confirmation requests and reservations for large events such as party organizations,
  • To be able to keep up with the intense work tempo and to be solution-oriented,
  • To process requests from managers and guests.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from Tourism and Hotel Management departments,
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Luxury Hotels and Restaurants,
  • Able to speak and write English at an advanced level,
  • Dynamic, positive, giving importance to guest satisfaction,
  • Call Center experienced,
  • Strong communicator, self-confident,
  • Have team spirit and sense of hospitality,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours.
