FOREIGN TRADE AND MARKETING SPECIALIST

Description:

KUPA CAM BALKON (SOLMAZ MAKİNE) is the pioneer in the design and supply of movable glass systems with 32 years of experience in the sector. We are recruitingteam members who are passionate to grow with us internationally and who will support usin expanding our dealership network, managing the export processes, and giving technical support online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing successful relationships with existing and prospective international dealers and developing strategies to increase their sales
  • Presenting the company and giving technical information about the products
  • Preparing quotations, managing price lists, and technical presentation files
  • Taking orders from the dealers and following up on the manufacturing and supply of the related order within the factory
  • Preparing export documentation, cooperating with the customs agency and freight forwarders, and following up on the shipments
  • Taking the major role in training the dealers with technical issues (about how to make manufacturing and installation of the movable glass systems) both online and on-site
  • Making market research in order to reach prospective dealers and gathering market information
  • Participating in technical catalogs preparation

Requirements:

  • A minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration
  • Excellent English communication skills, an additional second foreign language is highly desired
  • Ability to comprehend technical drawings and clearly verbalize technical how building elements are manufactured and installed to be able to train the dealers
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong marketing and sales skills, setting priorities to maximize account development
  • An adept networker who can build strong relationships with dealers and cooperate effectively with all parties
  • Very strong organizational and time management skills and ability to answer dealers’ requirements on time
