QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

COMPANY INTRODUCTION

• Altek International is a Dubai based Research and Manufacturing and as well as wide range products of distribution network company.
• We are supplying specialty chemicals to variety of industries such as Rubber, Plastics, Compounds, Textile Yarns, Technical Textiles, Polymer Emulsions, Industrial Adhesives.
• Having offices and warehouses in countries like, UAE, KSA, Egypt, India, Pakistan, South Africa, Italy, Kenya, Thailand, Morocco and Turkey.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for candidates for our Atasehir/Istanbul office

• Min. Bachelor degree, preferably in Foreign Trade, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related majors and min. 2 years of experience in import/export operations and transportation/logistics.
• Good knowledge of international trade terms, requirements and documentation as well as freight, demurrage, inspection, insurance operations and finance

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
• Located in Istanbul (Asia)
• No military obligations for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Execution of import/export operations efficiently, quickly and systematically, organize customs, transportation processes and arranging documents during import/export processes,

• Coordination with the logistics and finance departments in Dubai Head Office.

• Manage foreign trade activities as requested in coordination with custom offices/suppliers/logistics/operation teams and keep all related parties aware about the operation details, deadlines, etc.
• Coordination with customs brokers, legal accountant office and suppliers in order to follow up the related transactions
