QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To assist with the Company’s financial reporting & controlling to ensure management accounts, budgets, forecasts and associated KPIs and financial analysis are complete, accurate and provided on a timely basis.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Participation to Financial reporting and performance analysis
· Perform controlling activities
· Improving process to increase accuracy and efficiency
· Provides analytical support and review to management to include P&L projections/forecasts, budgeting, and/or account analysis related to specific areas of the business.
· Develops and distributes standard and ad-hoc monthly reporting.
· Assists with the development, preparation, and presentation of short- and long-range financial plans.
· Responds to written and verbal ad-hoc information requests
· Manage the month end financial reconciliation process by acquiring evidences on the variances with the help of different business unit managers
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
· University degree in related fields
· 3+ years’ experience in a finance field
· Audit experience in one of Big4 audit firm is an asset
· Experience of working in a pressured environment
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Excellent analytical capabilities
· High level of English both written and verbal
· Experience in different accounting/reporting frameworks (US-GAAP, IFRS, VUK)
· Experience with tools such as SAP, BPC and TM1
· High attention-to-detail
· Strong communication skills.
· Ability to work in team environment and build effective relationships.
· Quick to adapt to change
· Highly self-motivated and directed
· High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
· Excellent MS Excel skills
· Ability to work under pressure and deliver result
· Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
· Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.
