We are currently looking for 'Global Head of Production System & Continuous Improvement' candidates for our plant in İzmir where we produce kitchen appliances.
Required Qualifications:
*Graduated from Engineering Faculties
*Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
*Proven industry/operations Leadership experience acquired in a large corporation with international reach / Min 5 Years’ Experience in related areas.
*Fluency in English.
*Able to travel abroad
*Working knowledge of lean principles and understanding of Operational Excellence.
*Apply commonly known tools to establish robust/reliable manufacturing processes.
*Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
*Knowledge of ISO quality systems.
*Proven understanding to apply KPI’s as input for management decisions.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Develop a robust TEKA Production & Continuous Improvement System valid for all divisions in partnership with the Management Team.
*Lead the implementation of both TEKA Production System as well as TEKA Continuous Improvement System at TEKA locations in close collaboration with local staff and according to a formerly agreed roadmap with the Management Team.
*Provide expertise and guidance, with a coaching approach (beyond merely advisory) to the business improvement, drawing from proven industry practice and methodologies.
*Report on progress of project implementation, understanding the risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, issues, critical milestones and forthcoming pipeline, and actions necessary to ensure success.
*Develop and publish necessary documentation to reflect best practice.
*Undertake continuous training and development to build a strong foundation of Production System and Continuous Improvement across the organisation.
*Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization.
*Ensure that projects operate in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.
