General Qualifications:

· At least an associate's degree, preferably a bachelor's degree

· At least 2-3 years of experience in related departments

· Excellent written and verbal communication in German or English

· Being able to use MS Office applications at a good level

· Strong reporting, analysis, and presentation skills

· Solution-oriented, and detail-oriented

· Strong communication skills and a good team player

· Flexible in travel

· Having experience in recruitment is a plus.

Job Description

· Global recruitment KPI tracking and preparation of reports

· Analyzing existing processes, identifying areas that need improvement for global recruitment and ensuring their development

· Taking part in system development projects for needs arising in the global recruitment processes and contributing to the digitalization of processes and systems

· Carrying out uninterrupted and budget-friendly efforts to raise funds in global recruitment processes

· Conducting potential market research at home & abroad

· Execution of advertisement, visual, and video works specifically to global

· Execution of event processes (events, career days, participation in fairs, etc.) for the global and taking an active role in the preparation of social media content & advertisements.

· Execution of global benchmark studies
