QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Global System Administrator” with the following characteristics to be employed in our company.
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer Programming or Computer Engineering),
- Min. 3 years’ experience similar positions,
- Good verbal and written skills in English,
- Technical skills on communication and collaboration applications (MS Office 365),
- Technical skills on hardware, (Windows servers & clients, LAN & WAN networking, cloud computing and firewall management)
- Experience in AntiSpam and URL Filter products is a plus,
- Experience in High Availability solutions is a plus,
- Experience in SAP and Backup systems is a plus,
- Experience in ISO-27001 is a plus,
- Pro-active approach and support oriented,
- Process and detail oriented and analytic,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- System & Server installation, configuration, management and monitoring,
- Perform Installation, upgrade, maintenance and monitoring of operating systems software including utility software,
- Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees,
- Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts,
- Maintaining networks and network file systems,
- Managing Vendors,
- LAN & WAN Management (TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS),
- Automating flows through RPA,
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure network connectivity of the mainframe,
- Perform activities to further enhance system availability and reliability,
