QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the “Growth Strategy Executive” position. Take this opportunity to GROW Together!
In this role you will be;
- Leading track of management projects in line with company strategies,
- Conducting in-depth market analysis and forecast studies by using all related data (Nielsen, IMS etc),
- Generating reports for top management,
- Analyzing global and local industry based reports and supporting portfolio management decisions,
- Contributing to the feasibility studies of the pipeline for the new therapeutic areas,
- Developing new systems and tools which will support effective new product evaluation and project tracking across organization.
- Leading Topline Growth meetings
- Project partner in cross-functional business cases like Accelaration Plans, Downsizing, Price-up
- Preparing deep dive analysis for monthly Commercial Discussion meetings
To be able to succeed in the role;
- Strong academic record from a reputable university, with business administration or industrial engineering backgrounds (MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus)
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient use of MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Solid analytical skills
- High attention to details, drive for superior results
- Good team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
- High dedication, commitment and flexibility
- Profound knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques and financial analysis (sensitivity, scenario, etc.)
