  • Fully understand and embrace Six Senses company vision and values and its application in all tasks associated with the host’s duty.
  • Adhere to all Six Senses brand standards ensuring successful communication across all levels of the operation.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Escort guests accordingly throughout the hotel.
  • Coordinate guest requirements with other departments and follow up to ensure all queries are handled to maximum satisfaction.
  • Making arrangements for hotel operated activities, restaurants, tours and other experiences.
  • To handle all guests’ requests are quickly and efficiently.
  • To ensure all telephone calls and messages are handled quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure that all Front Office stationary and stock is available and re- ordered on time.
  • To up sell wherever possible to ensure a maximum room rate is achieved.
  • Monitor guest comments and follow up as necessary.


Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent knowledge of guest related functions.
  • Strong team mentality and willingness to be of assistance as required.
  • Very good command over written and spoken English.
  • Good knowledge of software platforms.
  • Well-organized and responsible.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
