- Fully understand and embrace Six Senses company vision and values and its application in all tasks associated with the host’s duty.
- Adhere to all Six Senses brand standards ensuring successful communication across all levels of the operation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Escort guests accordingly throughout the hotel.
- Coordinate guest requirements with other departments and follow up to ensure all queries are handled to maximum satisfaction.
- Making arrangements for hotel operated activities, restaurants, tours and other experiences.
- To handle all guests’ requests are quickly and efficiently.
- To ensure all telephone calls and messages are handled quickly and effectively.
- Ensure that all Front Office stationary and stock is available and re- ordered on time.
- To up sell wherever possible to ensure a maximum room rate is achieved.
- Monitor guest comments and follow up as necessary.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent knowledge of guest related functions.
- Strong team mentality and willingness to be of assistance as required.
- Very good command over written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of software platforms.
- Well-organized and responsible.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
