Join the TUI RUSSIA & CIS Team as Head of Contracting!
Job Responsibilities
To sign and follow up hotel contracts in EGYPT on behalf of TUI RUSSIA & CIS
· Being a leader and supervise the purchasing, inventory and reservation team
· Ensure full-product-cycle for TUI in Russia & CIS,
· Getting a special offers, discounts, special conditions from all target hotels in the EGYPT on daily basis
· Sharing with the contract managers to determine which hotels to be worked with
· Market, trends and competitors analysis to build local product offering and ensure that CIS market needs
· Develop, launch, plan and manage new product launches
· Set prices and monitor pricing plan,
· Communication with Global, Regional and Local teams and Retailers on questions related to products,
· Getting marketing contributions from hotels according to setted plans,
· Similar experience – at least 3 years for Russian Market
· To check & control reservation process during the operation,
· English language: Advanced,
· Preferably: additional language: Russian
· Be 45 years or older
Knowledge, skills and experience requirements
· Higher education
· Team-player with high level of energy
· Analytical mind and system approach
· Excellent communication and relationship skills
· Capable to work in multitasking environment and being effective under pressure
· Understanding of the fundamental contract terms and condition
