QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a Legal Senior Manager who will report doted line to General Manager of the company and directly to the Group Legal Function .
The ideal candidate is required to have the following experience and skills:
- University degree in Law
- 8-10 years of corporate legal experience in an international professional environment or a reputable law firm
- Experienced in fields of Corporate law, Commercial law, Contract law, Labor law and Litigation preferably in Financial Sector
- Ability to execute projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in spoken and written English,
- Excellent command of MS Office application,
- Strong follow-up on multi tasks,
- Proactive, driver, teamwork oriented,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Military service completion is a must for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Legal Senior Manager is primarily in charge of in-house legal counsel. The duties of the Legal Senıor Manager include the coordination of a wide variety of legal issues that arise on a daily basis during the business operations of subsidiary of an International Group and to ensure that such operational transactions are carried out in accordance with current laws and regulations.
- He/She will manage a team member in order to achieve all these duties.
- The Legal Senior Manager demonstrates a broad range of legal experience and knowledge coordinating and collaborating with in-house counsel and independent advisors to provide advice and assistance to the administrative, executive and managerial departments on matters of corporate law and regulation, setting the legal framework and providing guidelines for corporate activity to ensure legitimate and ethical working practice during all business. He/She integrates external independent legal advice and internal know-how to guide managers and directors on compliance regarding broadcasting regulation.
- The Legal Senior Manager is responsible for the preparation, revision and redrafting of contracts, legal documents and legal analysis regarding the rights, undertakings and obligations of the company accommodating new business relationships with vendors and subcontractors, structuring joint enterprises with other organizations.
