WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
- Bachelor’s degree in law with bar admission
- 5 years post-qualification experience within a multinational company (Knowledge of Law of Obligations, Personal Data Protection Legislation, Commercial Law and Labor Law)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required?
- Solution-oriented judgment skills for conflicts and debates
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Contract drafting skills
- Strong ability to organize, research, and follow up, attention to detail, and flawless working approach skills
- Strong drafting, negotiating, and writing skills both in Turkish and English
- Analytical mind with an ability to pro-actively resolve problems
- Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team; and to travel both domestically and internationally
- Completed military service for male candidates
- Having driving license
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Following up the company’s legal processes and reporting to the top management
- Structuring, drafting, negotiating, and executing all types of commercial contracts
- Following up and finalizing the company's daily legal issues
- Negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and executing various legal documents, especially contracts
- Providing legal advice on different types of commercial, labor law issues
- Follow up, review and attend (if necessary) the lawsuits
- Conducting legal research
- Providing legal assistance on compliance issues by reporting to the top management, providing related documents to responsible departments, and conducting training sessions
- Supporting in achieving legal, governance, and integrity objectives through implementing local law requirements and Group policies
- Providing legal support during project procurement and continuation
