QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in Law required, Master degree as an asset
- Registered at Bar Association with at least 7 (seven) years of relevant post qualification experience in an international company and/or a leading law firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent command of English (German would be an asset)
- Creative, Goal-Orientated, Analytical Thinker, Energetic, highly motivated and strong team member with leading skills
- Providing efficient legal support to all business units (In particular Competition Law, Commercial Law, E-commerce regulations, Consumer Protection Law, Contract Law, and Data Protection Law)
- Providing legal support and trainings on competition law
- Experience on maintaining Anti-Trust Compliance Program
- Experience in legal risk management, negotiating, reviewing and drafting all types of contracts and legal texts
- Ensuring practically and effectively legal support to business departments in terms of data protection law
- Demonstrating high-level legal advice on e-commerce regulation and digitalization of the Company’s processes
- Deliver and implement assigned projects & tasks and mitigate the risk with applicable solutions
- Legal support on providing corporate secretary formalities including but not limited to General Assembly Meetings, Board Resolutions and Power of Attorneys
