We are looking for a teammate to work as a Holiday Assistant in the Guest Relations Department for Rixos Premium Bodrum which belongs to our hotel group operatıng in the international tourısm sector
- Specially follows up and organizes the guests’ holiday by every step , provides communication with other departments.
- Keeping an eye on customers wishes and preferences, provides personalized guest relations service to each guest in their native language
- Observing the satisfaction and expectations of the guest during the vacation
- Providing the guest with the facilities that will respond to the needs effectively and reporting the daily guest feedback for the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Dealing with all kind of requests and needs of guests during check in, accommodation and check out
- A Bachelor degree in Tourism and Hotel Management
- Having at least two years of hotel experience in a similar position or to be trained
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Having strong organizational planning, good communication skills and a proper diction
- Willing to work in a team
- Having a guest oriented mindset
- Having good humour, strong human relations and working discipline
- Experienced in data analysis and reporting (using summary tables, graphs, etc.) in MS Excel
