Job Scope

  • Establishing positive relationships with customers in telephone conversations,
  • To be able to keep up with the intense work tempo and to be solution-oriented,
  • To process all requests from managers and guests,
  • To be always smiling towards customers,
  • To keep up with the workplace culture and dynamics,
  • Having good relations with customers and colleagues, displaying safety-conscious behavior of the restaurant and transferring it to the unit manager,
  • To provide excellent service to all guests under all conditions,
  • To assist guests' requests and requests in a courteous and efficient manner,
  • Being open to development and learning,
  • Escort guest to the table and assist in seating and present the menu,
  • Attend regular meetings and briefings to keep informed of policies and procedures, special events, further improvement plans and guest comments,
  • Be familiar with food menus offered in restaurant,
  • Ensure the prompt and efficient service required by the restaurant standards.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from Tourism and Hotel Management departments,
  • Experienced as a Hostess for a minimum of 2 years in Luxury Hotels and Restaurants,
  • Able to speak and write English at an advanced level,
  • Dynamic, positive, giving importance to guest satisfaction,
  • Strong in human relations and communication, self-confident,
  • Have team spirit and sense of hospitality,
  • Able to provide the best service to all guests coming and leaving the restaurant,
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours.
