QUALIFICATIONS
We as D Maris Bay; feel responsible and committed to create a working environment that is challenging, satisfying and fun, so we can retain and motivate excellent people during their long term careers with D Maris Bay.
·Ability to work and communicate effectively with people of all cultures.
·Excellent communication skills.
·Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English, other languages will be an advantage.
·Seaman’s Book with valid Health Certificate
·Ability to work onboard and onland according to needs
İŞ TANIMI
Our ideal Yacht Hostess will be responsible for:
·Opening & closing procedures, ensuring that F&B set up on Yacht is ready for touring according to D Maris Bay standards
·Providing service onboard according to D Maris Bay standards
·Following daily Yacht Operation in communication with Yacht Supervisor,
·Maintaining welcoming and amenity services as required by the Yacht Supervisor,
·Maintaining excellent communication with other Departments according to Yacht Department daily operation and needs,
·Ensuring that all menus, drinks lists and guest collateral items are kept clean and undamaged according to the standards set by D Maris Bay,
·Keeping uniform neat and clean and ensure personal grooming and hygiene is in line with standards set by D Maris Bay.
