QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an HR Clerk for our Multinational Company which is the leader in Railway Sector.
Position Requirements
- University Graduate (Reputable English Medium Universities - Related Departments such as Business Administration is preferred)
- Master Degree on HR is an asset.
- Having Certification on HR Management is preferred.
- No more than 1 year working experience in total.
- Having his/her own car and active driver.
- Fluent in English Language (speaking,writing,reading)
- Proficiency in MS Office Programms especially in Excel.
- Proficiency in Payroll Programs, Logo Payroll Program knowledge is an asset.
- Knowledge of any attendance following program (PDKS) is an asset.
- Knowledge of related Laws and industry rules on contract management, payroll administration, employment mechanism, insurance benefits, and training and other related contents such as İŞKUR Subventions etc. is an asset.
- Foreign companies working experience is an asset.
- Pro-active, careful, analytic, self-motivated and energetic personality is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively inter-departmentally and externally with all parties is preferred.
Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining electronic and hardcopy personnel records; performs data entry of personnel information, maintaining complete and secure hardcopy records,
- Ensuring proper documentation is maintained, and formulate basic queries and reports.
- Responsible for directing incoming calls; inform candidates of application and position posting status, conducts basic employment verifications, and answers inquiries.
- Responsible for performing initial staff customer service and refers problems to Senior HR Chief as appropriate.
- Responsible for performing monthly payroll preparation process and ensuring prparation of legal reports on time.
- Keen on learning the labor related law obligations and follows the changes in the related legislation on time.
- Assists Senior HR Chief in following the 4857 numbered labor law, social security law and legislation.
- Responsible for following annual leave, overtime, leave balances etc. of the employees.
- Responsible for arranging and following all correspondences and processes with Social Security Institution.
- Assists Senior HR Chief for the deployment of the company's HR work, including posts, quota, grading, promotion, recruitment, training and go through the formalities.
- Performs the duties assigned by Senior HR Chief related to its profession.
