- Bachelor's Degree from Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other related fields
- Preferably up to 2 years experience or internship in Human Resources
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English

- Very good organization skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of HR;
- Supporting all recruitment processes; job postings, screening and short-listing candidates
- Coordinating onboarding and orientation program for new comers to ensure new comer adaptation & engagement
- Managing personnel files
- Supporting Head of HR for all human resources processes
- Updating and maintaining employee and subcontractor Data in HR System
- Managing internship programs
- Supporting payroll process
