QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree from related disciplines, preferably in Psychology and Social Sciences areas

· Max 2 years of experience in Human Resources operations.

· Knowledge in Turkish Labor Law and payroll operations

· Residing/willing to live in Istanbul (Anatolian side)

· Solid computer skills(MS Office)

· Good in written and spoken English

· Strong communication and problem solving skills

· Strong team play

· Strong adaptation skills

· Eager to learn new processes

· No military service obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

The new team member will take responsibility in the following processes:

· Support for entire HR management practices,operational process, including recruitment, performance evaluation, talent management, training, payroll, benefits program, reporting, counseling, etc.

· Following recruiting and staffing and on-boarding processes.

· Supporting talent management and training & development needs, assessments.

· Supporting employee branding events & activities.

· Keeping documentation, employee files and necessary records.

· Follow-up and to provide necessary documentation of annual leave, sickness, status change etc.

· Support for preparation, implementation, and execution of all HR related projects
