Job Description;


  • Responsible for all functions of the HR processes including performance management, development, recruitment
  • Following new graduate and internship projects planned at certain periods throughout the year
  • Manage communication and employee engagement activities
  • Managing and implementing digital projects such as recruitment, onboarding processes and internal communication tools
  • Giving support to payroll process


Required Qualifications

  • University degree in related departments
  • Minimum 2 years recruitment experience within a corporate/in-house or recruitment agency environment,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both English and Turkish
