QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description;
- Responsible for all functions of the HR processes including performance management, development, recruitment
- Following new graduate and internship projects planned at certain periods throughout the year
- Manage communication and employee engagement activities
- Managing and implementing digital projects such as recruitment, onboarding processes and internal communication tools
- Giving support to payroll process
Required Qualifications
- University degree in related departments
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience within a corporate/in-house or recruitment agency environment,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both English and Turkish
