Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree is in Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology or Industrial Engineering etc.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in all of the Human Resources activities,
  • Advanced level in English
  • Results driven with strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external business partners,
  • Good project management and organizational skills,

Job Description

Responsible for all functions of the HR processes including recruitment, training & development, performance management, career management, internal communication etc.

  • Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly
  • Managing an onboarding programme
  • Supporting employees through training and development programs depending on the organizational needs,
  • Taking active role at different HR related projects such as employer branding, digital transformation, employee engagement, motivation and global HR projects
  • Taking part in performance management system and providing guidance to business units such as objective setting, evaluation meetings, feedback sessions, development plans
  • Conducting career planning, appointment processes and preparing career roadmaps and programs
  • Managing internal communication and employee engagement activities
