Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is in Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology or Industrial Engineering etc.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in all of the Human Resources activities,
- Advanced level in English
- Results driven with strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external business partners,
- Good project management and organizational skills,
Job Description
Responsible for all functions of the HR processes including recruitment, training & development, performance management, career management, internal communication etc.
- Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly
- Managing an onboarding programme
- Supporting employees through training and development programs depending on the organizational needs,
- Taking active role at different HR related projects such as employer branding, digital transformation, employee engagement, motivation and global HR projects
- Taking part in performance management system and providing guidance to business units such as objective setting, evaluation meetings, feedback sessions, development plans
- Conducting career planning, appointment processes and preparing career roadmaps and programs
- Managing internal communication and employee engagement activities
