QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken is a must
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience (especially in compensation and benefits and HR administration)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (especially Excel Program)
  • Knowledge of Netsis and Logo Payroll Plus programs is an asset
  • Good knowledge of social insurance policies and labor law
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with a focus on details
  • Dynamic, proactive and a good team player
  • To be able to work in a multi-tasking environment
  • Self-disciplined and motivated
  • Strong planning, organization, and communication skills
  • Result and customer oriented
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Living in Antalya or willing to relocate


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Follow employees onboarding & exit processes and related documentation
  • Prepare contracts and collect the documents of employee’s personnel files, keep them up to date and manage the employee data in the HR ERP system
  • Responsible for the payroll process
  • Execute related legal regulations and governance requirements
  • Support compensation & benefit process
  • Responsible for preparing and analyzing HR Metrics, periodical HR Reports and other ad-hoc reports as needed
