QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in related fields
Advanced level of English, both written and spoken is a must
Minimum 3 years of HR experience (especially in compensation and benefits and HR administration)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (especially Excel Program)
Knowledge of Netsis and Logo Payroll Plus programs is an asset
Good knowledge of social insurance policies and labor law
Strong analytical thinking skills with a focus on details
Dynamic, proactive and a good team player
To be able to work in a multi-tasking environment
Self-disciplined and motivated
Strong planning, organization, and communication skills
Result and customer oriented
No military obligation for male candidates
Living in Antalya or willing to relocate
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Follow employees onboarding & exit processes and related documentation
Prepare contracts and collect the documents of employee’s personnel files, keep them up to date and manage the employee data in the HR ERP system
Responsible for the payroll process
Execute related legal regulations and governance requirements
Support compensation & benefit process
Responsible for preparing and analyzing HR Metrics, periodical HR Reports and other ad-hoc reports as needed
