QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
EagleBurgmann Turkey is seeking for HSE Engineer to support our growing local and international business in HSE Department.
- University degree in mechanical, industrial, enviromental engineering
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in similar position
- Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and HSE processes
- Has a "B certification" in H&S
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Good interpersonel skills, ability to work co-operatively in a multidisciplinary environment
- No restriction to travel
- No military service obligation for male candidates
- Resident in Asian part of İstanbul.
İŞ TANIMI
- Maintain the ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 management system within the company and service centers.
- Organizing meeting with related departments in terms of HSE.
- Organizing the HSE training programmes.
- Participate in the HSE audits and inspection programmes within the company and service centers.
- Preparation of Management Review meetings and internal audits.
- Monitor toolbox talks and periodically attend safety meetings.
- Prepare and submit weekly & monthly HSE reports on all aspects to the General manager.
- Initiate and coordinate the investigation team in establishing the root cause of any incident, as necessary, and to ensure that corrective and preventive actions have been established and implemented.
- Ensure the HSE management system in line with the requirements of customer, statutory, regulatory and corporate HSE.
- Conduct gap analysis on compliance obligations pertaining to HSE and report to General Manager.
- Managing risks and opportunities for the HSE fields.
- Taking active role in promoting a HSE culture among employees; improve employee participation on HSE management.
- Managing and reporting incidents and non-conformities by effective investigation and corrective action planning.
- Participate in Machine Safety checks according to EB HSE checklists
- Organizing HSE Committee meetings and monitoring the actions.
- Advise on the practical implementation of EB HSE standards. Ensure the practical implementation of the measures contained in all sites and service centers.
