Dinex Turkey (DTR) is searching for an HSE professional, who is willing to contribute Dinex’s growth by implementing best in class initiatives to promote a safe workplace.
HSE expert will be the main interface of the company both internally and externally. He/She needs to show clear leadership on the shop floor with close collaboration with operations team.
This job is positioned within local HR team, directly reporting to local HR manager and needs close cooperation with global team, headquarters located in Denmark.
- Lead daily, weekly and monthly HSE meetings, report non-conformities, propose improvements, coordinate and follow-up improvement activities
- Plan, perform and follow-up internal audits
- Plan and conduct HSE trainings
- Promote dangerous behavior free environment and zero incident culture
- Creation and revision of local HSE documentations, procedures
- Make and update risk assessments
- Coordinate with third party companies and government authorities all HSE related topics
- Collaborate with operations team to resolve issues actively on time
- Collaborate with company doctor on health issues to minimize the risks and sustain safe workplace
- Lead ISO 14001 certification process, collaborate with quality team and make sure that operations comply with the requirements
- Follow-up sub-contractor operations on site and give work permits
- Report and monitor HSE KPI´s to promote a safe workplace
- Actively participating in benchmark and network activities with other HSE experts in Dinex globally
