pladis is looking for HSE Specialist for our pladis Turkey Tekirdağ Çorlu Continental Confectionery CompanyGum and Candy Factory.

We are looking for HSE Specialist
A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
- Responsibilities
- Performing necessary regulatory preventive actions by performing factory process, process, and machine-based risk assessment analyzes,
- To make up-to-dateness and conformity assessment of Occupational Health and Safety legislation,
- To carry out and support Emergency Management activities,
- To develop and carry out "Safety Culture Projects" within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety,
- Planning and conducting training that will improve the competence and awareness of employees on Occupational Health and Safety,
- To check that the subcontractor works in the factory area are carried out in accordance with occupational health and safety,
- By conducting field inspections, determining nonconformities in Occupational Safety and Environment issues, and cooperating with the relevant departments for a solution,
- Checking the fire safety system and equipment in the facility.
Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree (preferably from the Department of Occupational Health and Safety of Universities)
- At least C class Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate,
- Actively involved in field applications in manufacturing companies,
- Experienced in ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems (Preferably BSCI, Sedex, etc. Social Compliance Standards),
- Good command of MS Office applications,
- Experienced in machinery, equipment and risk analysis,
- To have a high sense of responsibility, to be open to research, learning, and education,
- Good communication and persuasion skills, high motivation,
- No domestic travel barrier,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Willing to residence in Çorlu / Lüleburgaz / Çerkezköy / Tekirdağ.
