HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Location: Esenyurt, Istanbul

Must be Fluent in English and Turkish; Or Fluent in Arabic and Turkish. Any Candidates that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
HR responsibilities
- Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly
- Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures
- Design and implement effective training and development plans
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated
- Ensure a smooth onboarding program
- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Support the GM with developing general processes
- Ensure continuous improvement plan is established as standard approach within the company
Administrative Assistance Duties
- Responsible for the provision and coordination of all administration support to the Management Team, including preparation and consolidation of sensitive confidential documents, presentations, reports and correspondence.
- Coordinates and manages the calendar and appointment schedule for the General Manager, exercising discretion and judgment to the priority and urgency of such.
- Manage travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, cars and coordinating itineraries.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting notes as required, transcribe flip chart notes, prepare meeting minutes.
- Code and track invoices and submit for payment in timely manner.
- Coordinates all administration related to offsite meetings and events.
- Creates and develops complex visual presentations.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications (letters, posters etc.).
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual and ad hoc reports.
- Answer multiple phone lines, takes messages, and screens and redirects calls.
- Abides by office services policies and procedures as required.
- Communicate corporate events and activities using social media platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Previous experience in HR and Administrative duties.
- Experience in the food production, beverages or FMCG industry is key
- The ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strategic and tailor-made planning to improve results
- Result oriented
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Good command of MS Office applications
