PackUpp is a new generation on-demand e-commerce "Fast Delivery" technology company. We serve “Next-Day ” and "Same-Day" deliveries to e-commerce companies and form “White Label Field Delivery Teams” for grocery and food delivery. Moreover we digitalize all the delivery process with our own and unique technology.
PackUpp, which has succeeded 2 fundraising rounds in the year of 2020 and 3rd fundraising at Q4 2021, proceeds strongly to its goals of being a Unicorn. Looking forward passioned team-mate that we will put a signature to great successes in the company which will have 4th fundraising and get into global market at 2022.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Recruit and onboard new white-collar hires
· Conduct performance management and provide feedback
· Manage payroll and benefits for employees
· Manage career path of employees
· Make family organizations for both employees and field teams
· Prepare training documents and organize all training processes
· Collect and keep all documentations of both employees and field teams
· Responsible of all processes of administrative jobs
· Buying/renting all employee needs as company cars/staff etc. of employees
· Collect offers and manage all procurement processes of employees' needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
· 6+ years experience in Human Resources and Administration
· Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
· Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
· Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
· Attention to detail and good judgement
