We are looking for a HR Director, for our fast growing client that operates in IT (test automation) area .

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably with 3 years leadership experience.
  • Experience in fast growing business like digital startup’s will be highly valued.
  • Good knowledge of all HR operational processes and experience in Performance Management and Organizational Development
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical skills with ability to design processes.
  • Eager to learn, open-minded and team-work oriented.
Job Definition

  • Manage all HR processes. (Recruitment, performance management, career, compensation management, training)
  • Lead HR BP team and consult technical recruiters.
  • Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, offer HR expertise and coaching on people issues, assist leaders to gain a better understanding of employees' needs and career aspirations.
  • Define and design organizational development strategy by understanding and analyzing organizational requirements, company strategies and needs..
  • Implement and monitor continuous performance management processes to enable employees to understand the goals and identify how individual and team outputs contribute to the achievement of company objectives.
  • Implement and develop talent management processes such as; talent identification and succession planning, career path design.
  • Support to manage company career management strategy (assignment, transfer, promotion, rotation)
  • Follow-up of new human resources practices on local and global scales.
  • Review the current HR processes and practices within the framework of HR strategy and trends, revise them with the relevant teams, to develop projects.
