QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
SST Technolgy is a fast-growing company focused on developing global technology products. We are an energetic team and are looking for an accomplished "Human Resources Manager" to help us reach our goals.
We are looking for:
- Graduates from Arts, Sciences or Humanities,
- 10 Years of experience in a management position in human resources,
- Preferably someone who has experience in the information technology sector,
- Management of the Human Resources department, task distribution and follow-up of all reporting processes,
- Taking an active part in the development of human resources processes, especially in performance management, business analysis, personal affairs, budgeting,
- Analyzing and summarizing current and future organizational capabilities to support SST Technology’s growth,
- Planning hiring based on the company's goals and reporting to senior management regularly,
- Knowledge of Labor laws, insurance and general health insurance processes,
- Ensuring the timely performance reviews of employees,
- Great communication skills, motivation and energy,
- Ability to organize motivational, social and corporate events,
- Experience working at or with international corporations,
- Successful in planning, analysis, reporting and presentation,
- Ability to instill corporate culture,
- To improve staff commitment and motivation through necessary activities to maintain staff loyalty and morale,
- Fluent in Turkish and English.
