GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 10 years of experience in the design and implementation of Human Resources functions - Competency Based Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Development Management, Remuneration, Career Planning - systems
  • Well-versed in legal regulations like Labor Law No. 4857, Social Security Institution Legislation, Occupational Health and Safety Legislation etc,
  • Able to use MS Office programs very well,
  • Developed analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills,
  • Competent in reporting processes,
  • Advanced presentation and representation skills,
  • Able to adapt to intense working tempo,
  • Has the ability to make quick decisions,
  • Successful in relationship management,
  • Able to use MS Office applications effectively,


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To ensure the effective implementation and execution of processes related to Competency-based Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Development Management, Remuneration, Career Planning, Personnel Affairs,
  • To work to measure and increase employee satisfaction,
  • Ability to search for positions in need when necessary,
  • Taking a hands-on approach and successfully monitoring the pulse of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement,
  • Partnering with the other business departments to deliver recruitment strategy, hiring plan, candidate sourcing and offer approvals;
  • Conduct of an annual review of talent pool and succession planning, management of top talent retention and identification.
