Your Responsibilities
You think it is time for something different? Then you are at the right place! You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company's success. We are in search of students to join our fiendly HR team. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as
/ Supporting the HR Business Partner Team in key processes
/ Managing the full life-cycle recruitment (i.e., posting job ads, screening of applications, scheduling & conducting interviews)
/ Working on selection process (phone interviews, organizing face to face interviews, etc.) for candidates
/ Becoming a part of HR Team – you will have a chance to learn about HR processes & employee life cycle within the organization
Your Profile
/ Enrolled in a graduate program (master students); onging studentship is a must
/ Ability to work at least 4 days in a week
/ Good command of spoken and written English
/ Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
/ Analytical and flexible minded, creative, good team player, self-managed and strong communication skills
/ Aim to have a career in HR Department
